Big brother yourself

Just heard about something from a colleague called “Justin TV”.  The idea is that you strap a web cam to your head, and broadcast your life. Other people can then log in and comment on your comings and goings. Now the guy that started it all is Justin, but it seems that a whole group of other publishers joined him since then. Silence of the hams

Not posting much this week unfortunately. The first build of the site has to go live on Friday, and I’ve been working like a slave to get all the bits in and sorted. Hopefully I’ll have some time over the week-end or next week to get some interesting things up.

Drab day

Today was a bit of a drab day. Took the train to the city, but it was so misty that you couldn’t see anything. At least I made it to the Pacific ocean – so now I’ve seen all three the big oceans! Also took a peek at the big Golden Gate Park – but the rain made it a bit unpleasant. Will re-attempt the SF part 2 visit again next week-end.

Fireworks

I’ve unearthed a few pictures (all be it not so good) of the fireworks of the past 4th of July. These were shot off over the bay at Redwood City. Not easy taking pictures of something like fireworks.

Tanzania can’t spell

Planning on going to Tanzania when I go back for a bit of a break. While reading the Visa requirements I found this lovely gem (one of many) on the page:

“United Kingdom; United Plates of America; Uruguay; Uzbekistan”

Now I know that Americans eat allot, but this is just nasty! No need to rename the country.
